I began my espresso journey back in 2016 - I fell for the beauty of latte art back then. With enough determination to learn the magic of pouring abstract illustrations to a cup, I went down the deep rabbit hole of practicing latte art at home with whatever I had. From following tips and tricks up to consistent practice, I eventually became good enough.

Years after, I couldn't tolerate the lactose coming from milk anymore. I stopped drinking milk-based coffee drinks, and resorted to drinking black coffee. That's when I began to appreciate espresso in itself - a jam-packed drink full of flavor. Done right, the drink can be extremely sweet unlike any coffee as people commonly think.
